Thalys launched a conversational chatbot to help their customers. Thalys entrusted StarDust test their chatbot on a large scale in order to assess the quality of the chatbot’s answers. StarDust was also asked to perform functional and ergonomic testing to ensure interaction with the chatbot would not lead a poor user experience.
