We compiled a variety of data through this infographic focusing on the hight of churn rate in the world of mobile applications. For example, the first month, only 36% of users use an application and 24% of users abandon an application after the first use. Engagement is crucial, especially in critical phases such as onboarding or the purchase tunnel. As a result, testing end-to-end according to a proven methodology is not a luxury, but a necessity for the success of a digital service.
